Player of the week goes to Pat Uhler. Pat single-handedly kept his team in the game, trading baskets with Calvary Chapel 1. Uhler hit eight 3 pointers on his way to a game high 29 points.

Community Baptist vs First Baptist

Close at the start, Community Baptist made crisp passes throughout the game and slowly built their lead. All 8 players for Community went on to score in a 69 - 35 win.

Calvary Chapel 3 vs. Haven of Grace

Haven of Grace's quickness proved difficult for Calvary Chapel 3. Clearly missing their big man, Jeremy Anderson, and with Tom Bean playing only limited time with a broken rib, their inside presence was weakened dramatically. O'brien and P. Scott stepped up nicely with 14 points each.

Adam Melvin excelled again for Haven of Grace scoring 13 and driving the lane, opening up outside shots for his teammates as they went on to win 49 - 38.

Calvary Chapel 2 vs. Calvary Chapel 1

Back and forth for the entire 40 minutes Pat Uhler traded blows with Calvary Chapel 1 with a fluery of 3 pointers, eight in total. Calvary Chapel 2's size forced some matchup problems that the took clear advantage of.

Kevin Hanlon put up his second great game with 26 points and Josh MacLennan did the dirty work down low but with 30 seconds left this game was tied at 66. Swinging the ball around the court, Calvary Chapel 1 showed patiences as the seconds waned finding an open Brad Roaf in the corner for what would prove to be the game winner. Dennis Green had a nice look at a game tying shot but came up short as Calvary Chapel 1 squeaked out the 69 - 66 win.

With one week to go the first round playoff matchups are set, based on record and head to head play. Although a date and times have yet to be set in stone they should be held on Friday June 19th or Saturday June 20th.
