* PLAYER OF THE GAME *

Kevin Hanlon was masterful tonight hitting nine 3-pointers, scoring a league high 31 points, and guided his team on both offense and defense.

Haven of Grace vs Calvary Chapel 1

Calvary Chapel 1 came out on fire, with Kevin Hanlon hitting five 3 pointers and John Mohan adding another 4 in the first half. They were quickly up 38 - 7 forcing Haven of Grace to call time out and regroup.

Haven of Grace tried to get the ball into arguably their best and most athletic player in Adam Melvin but Calvary Chapel's defense clamped down on him forcing other players to handle the ball and make shots. With calls not going their way, frustration settled in and they received a technical late in the first half.

Haven of Grace found some shots in the second half but it was little to late against a streaking Calvary Chapel team as Hanlon hit another four 3 pointers and ended with a game, and league high for the season, 31 points. Calvary Chapel 1 went on to win 76 - 47 and will watch tomorrows game closely for their opponent in the championship game.

Jeremy Anderson was unbelievable on the boards for Calvary Chapel 3 tonight, grabbing 18 rebounds to go along with his 15 points. This game was extremely tight through the first half with the score just 17 - 16 at halftime in Calvary Chapel 3's favor.

Calvary Chapel 3 gained control of the game early in the second half, going up 7 with 12 minutes to play. Community Began driving to the hoop and put Calvary in foul trouble with 10 minutes remaining. Jeremy Hueston made a nice drive to the hoop, scoring the basket and the foul but was injured, rolling his ankle in the process.

The tides turned and their lead wittled away, as Community Baptist began hitting their free throws. With Community up by 6, Calvary began taking 3's to try and close the gap but they just wouldn't fall and Community Baptist pulled away for a 47 - 36 win.
